The best way to choose a contractor is to meet and get to know them.  This is the first and most important step in the home building or renovation process.   The building process is a partnership where homeowner and contractor must communicate properly and work hand in hand to make sure that the product delivered is the one that the client envisioned.   Comfort level with your contractor, trust, and experience are the keys to a successful project.

We take your ideas and concepts and put them down on paper.  We will ask our clients lots of detailed questions about their wants and needs in regards to their project.  We prioritize those needs and ideas so that we have focus and direction when advancing farther into the design process.

Once all the concepts and ideas are in order we will move to the design process.  The design process will bring your concepts and ideas into a visual setting in the form of an architectural sketch.  This sketch will then be modified and adjusted until the floor plan and design meet all of the client’s needs and expectations.   After that we define the specifications, which cover all the materials to be used in the construction of the home, as well as the allowances for the fine finish details of the home.

Once the custom plans are completed, specifications established and fine tuned, and a contract price agreed upon we will be ready to move into the build and install stage.  This is where your ideas, concepts and dreams are made into reality.  We constantly communicate with our clients by giving weekly emails and scheduling site visits for critical stages of the construction process.  We want the client involved and we want the client to understand each building stage of the construction process so that they can better appreciate the quality of their finished product.
